Biography
Dr. Johnson earned his B.S. from Austin Peay State University in 2016 and graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 2021. He then completed his residency training at Tristar Southern Hills Family Medicine Residency, where he served as chief resident during his final year, graduating in 2024.
After finishing his residency, Dr. Johnson’s passion for practicing medicine in Middle Tennessee grew stronger, and he was excited to return to the community in which he was raised. He values building strong connections with his patients, treating them like family and friends. His goal is to be a reliable, traditional hometown doctor who can be trusted for care.

Dr. Johnson's expertise and interests include caring for the whole family from Childhood to Geriatrics. He enjoys providing a broad scope of procedural care including joint injections and dermatologic procedures.
Interests and Hobbies
When Dr. Johnson is not practicing as a physician, he enjoys hiking, camping and spending time outdoors. He values quality time with his family and staying involved in his local church and community. In his down time, he enjoys reading on a variety of topics including space/physics, theology and the wonders of the human brain.
